Praxen DGT’s Global Play

November 30, 2011

In preperation for today’s announcement, Defkalion DGT has rather belatedly updated their site. Previously Andrea Rossi’s proud eCat licencee for Greece and The Balkans, we now have this:

Company Structure

Praxen Defkalion Green Technologies (Global) Ltd., is based in Cyprus. It owns full rights to its own technologies and will sell exclusive rights globally for the production of its proprietary products (Hyperion).

Defkalion Green Technologies S.A. is based in Greece. It is the first license holder acting as a show case for international partners and producing Hyperion to supply the Greek market.

In-so-doing, Defkalion shall become an international supplier of innovative patented technology producing cheap and clean thermal energy, offering significant improvements in energy costs and energy sustainability through applications ranging from households, light industry and even to utility providers.

They still talk about having three factories in Xanthi  – And on the subject of Patents and Certification:

Hyperion patents are pending. EU safety certificates are in the process of issuance by the relevant authorities. Product tests will be similar to typical commercially available products with standardized procedures according to Performance; Stability; Functionality; and Safety.

With luck, we are now a few hours from learning what lies behind these bold words.

Notice their obvious and sensible (IMHO) plans given that they’ve got a world-changing technology in hand: They’ll manufacture units for the Greek market and license the technology to everyone else.

    That’s how to go global.

They’re the Edison to Rossi’s Telsa as I was saying last night. If their thing can make electricy and is far more stable. the good news is Rossi can still become very rich, but he won’t be that trillionaire he was dreaming of becoming.

Looks like the Hyperion Specs will be revealed tomorrow. Defkalion has prepared their site already.

Considering everything happening at the moment, the site report of a maximum of 44 visitors checking the site out at one time seems pretty dismal.

Note they state: “producing cheap and clean thermal energy”. So apparently no electrical energy output from Hyperion at this time…

There are many steam engines that can run on low quality steam making electricity a possibility, however it looks like Rossi has replaced water with hydrogen and can produce electricity with turbines using that method. I am sure Defkalion is going to claim the same even if they need some more time to work on it. I would bet on a hydrogen system being at least discussed.

Alternatively a high temperature liquid primary cct driving a compact heat exchange boiler to feed a miniature steam ‘quasiturbine’ ( coupled to a conventional generator unit. ‘Waste’ condensation heat could be used for space heating.

their sales-manager seems to be even more competent than their scientists: bringing such a world-changing product to greek: it (greek) is not so cold, so there is no huge demand. and the customers (consumers and companys) are a little low on cash now and in the next future. what a wise decision…
lets wait and check the warm-word/evidence ratio of what comes out next

Defkalion is an example of what will happen when companies with large R&D budgets gets a hold of an efficient LENR formula. CEOs get unduly penalized for mistakes, but not for being cautious, so they will need to have proof of LENR successful commercialization before committing their corporations to LENR integration. Hopefully, Defkalion’s emergence into the market along with Rossi’s customer’s public acknowledgement will be like blood in the water to those industrial sharks.

I pay over a hundred dollars a month to heat my home in these Minnesota winters – I can’t wait to switch from natural gas to LENR.

I installed three large solar heating panels last year – I had to actually re-model the roof of my house to accommodate them. I wish I’d known about the CF story then – I suspect I could have saved a lot of time, money and effort (I did the job myself). The gas boiler needs replacing, but I’m definitely not going to bother doing that for a while!

From Facebook, I did put up yesterday that there seems to be a report that Defkalion are unilaterally offering Rossi royalties or compensation.
Great news if true, and very honourable.

Albert Kong People are not reading this correctly. Defkalion in offering royalties to Rossi who has been denied a patent (and if I understand it correctly patents are also corruptly denied to any new energy technologies that might be described as ‘cold fusion’) is in fact acting in defiance of the corrupt system. They are not required to offer royalties since there is no patent protection. It is not illegal to reproduce something which is not patented.

Yes, that is a stunning offer, if true. Rossi would be insane if he doesn’t at least try to find out the facts, then kiss and make up if it’s real. He won’t of course.

this might be just another ‘we will be very generous’ – statement.
BTW, wasnt there a commitment of AR to donate a large sum to some childrens hospital?
no urgent news about this recently?

        November 30, 2011 at 10:48 am

DvH, please try and talk sense if Rossi has not achieved a position to be able to donate, don’t blame. He was describing an aspiration that until he is in a position to fulfill nothing can be said.

Champagne is in the fridge but if something is not said that is absolutely concrete confirmation it will be back out tonight.
Everything feels good about the situation, except Rossi is still maintaining that he does not believe they have the secret. For once I hope Rossi is wrong, not to take anything away from him but to progress the distribution of the technology as fast as possible.
For those people who need this Technology and not those who just want it, I Spiritually (not religiously) pray for success.

Isn’t Rossi saying in effect “I didn’t give them all the technical answers”? No
No doubt true, but no reason why Defkalion haven’t been able to piece together those answers or their own alternatives. As said before, this is v. like the early days of the automobile.

I am looking forward to the announcement. I would like to hear things such as:

    1. One of the devices has been given to a university department for full testing.

    2. A named company has agreed to test the device.

    3. They are going to have a webcam showing the operation of one of their devices.

Then it definitely will be champagne time.

    One further point..

In the UK the worsening economic climate has been blamed principally on the oil price hike. I am not sure I buy that entirely but clearly there is some link between energy prices and economic performance. The E cat-Hyperion could be arriving at just the right time.

    • Peter Roe

      November 30, 2011 at 9:32 am

If chancellor Osbourne has his way in the UK we are all going to be screwed sideways if nothing changes. Fuel and heating oil prices have risen largely as a result of the UK government’s increased taxes, and are just an excuse – world crude prices have been much higher in the past ($145 in 2008, $100 now). This is part of a concerted attempt to reduce the general standard of living in Europe to where it was in the Thirties, but with a few more shiny toys and distractions.

CF energy needs to bubble up everywhere, or it will be captured and controlled by the existing energy giants operating through tame governments. I think that is probably where Rossi is headed, so widespread competition is now utterly essential if the ‘system’ is to be shaken.

Maximum of 107 visitors online – I wonder how many of those are e-cat blogwatchers checking in every five minutes and hoping to be first on the block with news of developments! (Not me squire, honest – I just dropped by to pass the time of day).

Interesting was the Defkalion site; I read the information on the link provided in this article from admin “Patents and Certification”, surprise lack of clarity.

The Hyperion hypothetical “products” seem to be lacking physical form. Also there was one question that stood out. Where are all the rest of their products they have been manufacturing and selling, the scripts read vague and ambiguous. It also appears the general message is that Defkalion has been into all this cool stuff but where is their track record and other products?

Not that they are doing anything that any other company with the potential would do in reference to setting up a scenario of; “we have been on the r&d of green technologies” and the question is, was it R&D that was all fabricated “after” Rossi the inventor disclosed enough information to them and then made demands that Defkalion obviously could not meet!

Were they (Rossi & Defkalion CEO) happy together in the beginning, wine bottles etc. and celebrations of all the money they are going to make in the new energy field! Rossi evidentially was in the drivers seat in those meetings.

After Defkalion staff got to know the inventor Rossi, Defkalion CEO most likely saw that Mr. Rossi may be working on the e-cat for more time to refine it and also if Rossi had the capabilities of manufacturing the e-cats it seems unlikely he would have been over disclosing anything to Defkalion and based on his actions to others making comments of making their own reactors for sale. The CEO of Defkalion saw him weak and sporadic, or that is what they will contend.

I wonder how many other products Defkalion have patented, or even applied for the patents on any of the previous products prior to the Rossi technology release?

I must be on the wrong Defkalion site, are there other products?

just browsed over the US patent application US2011005506A1 of 13. jan 2011. didnt AR have a patent advisor/attorney? any other patent i have seen so far (lets say apple-patents) was written in much more careful detailed legalese wording. i assume, that this might be rejected on formal reasons – giving ammunition to the conspiracy-believers..
most interesting are the sentences [0015] to [0017] stating that AR examined other patents about CF and that they have not permitted power generation reliable enough for industrial applications. is it possible that CF research and progress wasnt stopped by an oil-industry conspiracy but by other CF researchers with statements like this ??

Where the Hell(as) is the Defkalion press release?

Are they a real outfit or just someone with photoshop working from a bedroom?

This sort of poor performance doesn’t inspire confidence.

I’d be very surprised if DGT announces anything today, in light of the news yesterday from Ny Teknik that they actually stole Rossi’s secret catalyst. But, I’ll wait to be surprised.

      Reality: 1
      Sojourner Soo: 0

Well, I take that back – did DGT actually announce anything? It was really an announcement of a future announcement since nothing substantive was provided and nothing can be purchased. Still, they did announce something.

Want to take bets on when a Rossi or DGT customer (reputable) steps forward with positive, verifiable results? I’ll spot you until June ’12.
