Why not invite universities so they could conduct truly independent testing. The minute you apply for a patent you are protected, so there is no more reason for delay. This testing invitation is the same as testing of eCAT conducted in October 2011. There will be no evidence and a lot of stories of success.

Good news at Defkalion site:

How about letting the observer supply the UPS? You can even specify the make and model.

Defkalion GT: This is OK with us, as well as all the rest of the measurment instrumentation. All such issues will be discussed and agreed with named people representing their organizations attending for this series of tests.

Haldor,

At the Defkalion site in the topic noted Jed and I are essentially saying the same thing with varying degrees of detail. I am not currently in the alternative energy business so do not have the bona fides to satisfy anyone but myself. I am a systems engineer and have been in and out of the alternative fuels field a couple of times so dealing with energy flow measurements is pretty straightforward. Jed and I are just trying to explain how you could in theory get reasonably accurate data from a non-optimal test.

You can see from my other posts that I think they should allow testing using a mass flow method and the reasons it would be superior. Having such a test done by officials with a national standards body (such as the USA NIST) would essentially be the final "proof positive" that everyone is looking for, including for Rossi's method.

I am very hopeful that there really is a game changing new physics here that has been discovered and harnessed even if non-optimally. I think this is true given all the other source of information that have come forward but I do not KNOW that it is true until we either get hard data (from any source) or we get a real live "loose in the wild" product.

BTW, I think Rossi's approach to getting to market firstest and fastest is the right angle. Since he himself has said it will be immediately reverse engineered and duplicated just getting to volume production puts everyone else behind the curve.

If I could see the thing in operation to my own satisfaction I'd "bet the farm" on it and join the effort to assist Rossi in a heartbeat. It would be pretty awesome to be part of a revolution, even if only a small part. I also have an agriculture background and the applications for agriculture have enormous implications.
